Data driven Programme Consultancy from Principle Designers
Our approach combines years of industry experience in large scale SHF delivery with and available data points. We weight the various data points to simplify each street to a single comparative score for delivery priority based on the customers aims. Guiding clients in the pre construction phase to ensure successful programmes.
Energy Modelling
We primarily utilise the national Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) or RdSAP+ for standard property modelling. While we also have in depth knowledge in providing BS EN ISO 10211 (fRsi), BS EN ISO 10077 (U f) and BRE IP 1/06 thermal bridging calculations.
Retrofit Coordinator site visits
For high risk measures or on projects desiring enhanced protection, our experts bring specialist knowledge as Designers, experienced Retrofit Coordinators and boasting building control knowledge. Our quality control services provides excellent sign off reassurance for clients.
Retrofit Coordination
We are able to provide independent Retrofit Coordination for projects we are not currently assigned as the Designer. Supporting project completion, working to lodgement deadlines and providing impartial compliance.
Training and Retrofit plan checking
PAS2035 Consultants have the experience to support excellence in retrofit. We can offer valuable feedback to ensure smooth delivery, directly provide auditing or training services as required.
