Joseph Nelson MSc MCIAT C. Build E MCABE
Firstly thank you for considering PAS2035 Consultants Ltd as a partner in your venture. I founded this company as a consultancy to help installers meet their obligations under PAS2035:2023 however it has since grown real legs, due to demand we now provide direct services to a dozen Installers, Housing Associations and Councils.
I personally have a strong track record of over two decades of built environment experience, helping to deliver award winning programmes most recently the 2025 NW Regional Large Scale Project of the Year & the 2023 National Insulation and Fabric Project of the Year.

We have confirmation from Procure Plus that our Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 programme has made the best progress thus far, on track to finish delivery by Christmas.
