We are pleased to announce that PAS2035 Consultants Ltd has become a member of Efficiency North, strengthening our commitment to delivering high-quality retrofit, energy efficiency and sustainability services across the North of England.

Efficiency North brings together housing providers, local authorities, contractors, consultants and supply chain partners who share a common goal: improving homes, reducing carbon emissions and creating lasting benefits for communities. Through collaboration and knowledge sharing, the network helps drive innovation and best practice across the housing and retrofit sectors.

As independent Retrofit Designers and Retrofit Coordinators, PAS2035 Consultants supports social housing providers, local authorities and contractors with the successful delivery of PAS 2035 compliant projects. Our work focuses on ensuring retrofit programmes achieve compliance, quality and meaningful outcomes for residents while meeting the requirements of funding bodies and regulatory frameworks.

Joining Efficiency North provides an excellent opportunity to engage with like-minded organisations that are committed to improving housing stock, tackling fuel poverty and supporting the transition to net zero. We look forward to sharing our experience from large-scale retrofit programmes, contributing to industry discussions and learning from the expertise of fellow members.

Our approach is built around three core principles: Families, Communities and Places. Retrofit is about more than improving EPC ratings or reducing energy bills; it is about creating healthier homes for families, strengthening communities through sustainable investment and enhancing the places where people live and work.

We believe collaboration is essential to achieving the scale of change required across the UK's housing sector. Through our membership of Efficiency North, we look forward to building new partnerships and supporting the delivery of high-quality, resident-focused retrofit projects throughout the region.

We are excited to begin this new chapter and look forward to working alongside Efficiency North members to help shape a more sustainable future for housing across Northern England.
