A message from our CEO
PAS2035 Consultants Ltd was founded to provide PAS 2035 expertise and support installers, councils, housing associations and other stake holders in meeting their compliance obligations.
Due to growing demand, we now deliver Retrofit Consultancy services, Designs and Coordination for £15m in value of projects across the UK.
With over 15 years' experience in the built environment, I have contributed to multiple award-winning retrofit programmes, including National Insulation & Fabric Project of the Year (2023), Regional Large Scale Project of the Year (2025), Regional Housing Association Energy Efficiency project of the year (2026), alongside several industry award nominations.

Accreditations & Experience
Providing Retrofit services with specialised focus on Design and Coordination and are accredited with Trustmark (2974605) and ECMK (303946).
CEO Joe Nelson holds a Master's degree with Distinction in Real Estate and Property Management from the University of Salford and is both a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) and Chartered Building Engineer (C. Build E).
While qualifications matter, experience applying this knowledge is key to a great Retrofit professional. Our practice is a niche & streamlined service that utilises decades of experience in this field alongside carefully honed working methodology to give you solutions that work.
