As PAS2035 Consultants continues to grow, we are pleased to announce the expansion of our services into the commercial and public buildings sector, providing reliable data-driven lead generation, surveying, energy modelling, design and technical consultancy services for trusted industry partners.
Building on our extensive experience within domestic retrofit, we are now applying the same evidence-led approach to commercial properties, public buildings and non-domestic decarbonisation projects. This expansion is supported by ongoing development of Non-Domestic Energy Assessment (NDEA) capabilities, including Level 4 Commercial Energy Assessment and commercial building modelling expertise.
This combination of skills creates a unique offering within the marketplace. By integrating Chartered Building Engineering expertise (C.Build E MCABE), Chartered Architectural Technology knowledge (MCIAT) and commercial energy modelling through NDEA, PAS2035 Consultants is able to provide a holistic understanding of building performance, compliance requirements and practical decarbonisation opportunities.
Our technical capability extends beyond simply producing EPCs or compliance reports. We understand how buildings are designed, how they are constructed, how services interact with the building fabric and how energy performance can be improved through coordinated engineering and architectural solutions. This enables us to support clients through the full project lifecycle, from data collection and feasibility studies through to technical design, investment planning and project delivery.
The expansion creates opportunities to support commercial landlords, local authorities, housing providers, education facilities, healthcare buildings and public sector estates as they navigate increasingly demanding carbon reduction targets, energy performance requirements and asset management challenges.
We are currently exploring strategic partnerships with several commercial sector providers, including discussions with organisations such as CQUEL and other industry leaders operating within the non-domestic decarbonisation and building performance sectors. These partnerships will enable PAS2035 Consultants to contribute specialist surveying, modelling, technical consultancy and programme support services to larger commercial and public sector projects.
As regulations continue to evolve and the drive towards Net Zero accelerates, the ability to combine engineering expertise, architectural understanding and energy modelling capability becomes increasingly valuable. Our goal is to provide clients with practical, technically robust and commercially viable solutions that deliver measurable improvements in building performance while supporting wider decarbonisation objectives.
This expansion represents an exciting next step for PAS2035 Consultants as we continue to grow our capability and support the retrofit and decarbonisation of buildings across all sectors of the built environment.
