Following our appointment to the framework, PAS2035 Consultants was awarded the Retrofit Design contract supporting Fairhive's Social Housing Fund programme. This appointment marked the beginning of what has since become one of the most successful and advanced retrofit programmes within its funding stream.
Our involvement has included strategic housing stock analysis, archetype development, energy modelling, Retrofit Design and wider technical support, helping to create the foundations for successful large-scale delivery. The programme has since expanded significantly, secured additional DESNZ funding and continues to be recognised as a leading example of successful PAS 2035 delivery.
